Pro Rehab originally named, Progressive Rehabilitation Options, is now in its 20th year of business. Our main growth and focus, and what we believe is our area of expertise, is the skilled nursing facilities and care centers. The company began with two nursing home contracts and three employees. Each year we expanded adding one to two more contracts per year. Today we are currently contracted with 21 long term care/transitional care facilities and employ over 100 full time employees. We provide therapy services in North Dakota, Minnesota and Iowa. In 1997, we added Home Health to the services we provide. At that time we were seeing 2-3 home health visits per week, now we provide services to 80-90 patients per week. In 2001, we opened an outpatient clinic in Watertown, Minnesota, where we now have our corporate offices. Pro Rehab was founded by Jeff Dagen PT, who continues to be in charge of its operation today. In 2008, we opened another oupatient clinic in Delano, Minnesota.
